LETTER TO A FRIEND TELLING YOUR PLAN FOR NEXT 12 MONTH

Dear ben,

    I got your letter on 17 December . I became very happy as I got it after a long time. Here, I am quite fine. I hope you are also fine there. As you had asked me to write my plans for the next twelve months, I am going to write about them in short.

    First, I will study very hard to pass the examination, which is coming very near. After that, there will be summer vacation in our college . I think I will go to visit many beautiful cities of my country. Then, I will join English language Classes . At Dashain and Tihar festival, I will go to my own house. I will enjoy the festivals by playing swing and cards. After this, our college will reopen. In the winter vacation, I will go to Kathmandu to check my eye. Sometimes, tear comes from my eyes while studying textbooks. After the winter vacation, when our college opens again, there will be many extra curricular activities. I think I will take part in essay writing and basketball tournament. If I passed the examination, I would go to abroad for further study.

This much for today. I will write more for the next time.

     With the reference to the advertisement posted in kantipur newspaper , I'm applying for the post of an accountant which has been fallen vacant in your office.

I'm healthy Nepalese citizen of 20 years old. I passed SEE from star english boarding School, nuwakot in 2075. Then, I completed +2 in science from Morgan international College, Kathmandu . As my training, I've taken trained related to accountancy. Now, I've been working as chief accountant in gang Multipurpose Cooperative for last 1 years. My experience might be found useful for your bank.

The copies of my CV, credentials, experience letter will show my qualification and experiences which I've submitted along with the application. If you select me as an accountant, I'll do my best to satisfy you and your bank.

APPLICATION FOR SICK LEAVE

           Sub: application for sick leave. 

Dear Sir,

    I am writing this letter to notify to you that I am unable to attend school for next 3 days, that is, from 17 April to 17 April, as I am suffering from severe cold and food poisoning. I have been recommended by the doctor to take plenty of bed rest for faster recovery.

Kindly grant me a leave for 3 days.

APPLICATION FOR SICK LEAVE

  With due respect I want to say that I am a student of your college enrolled in grade 11 (S9). I have been suffering from stomach pain of extreme nature . It is a very severe disease with pain and it requires some time for recovery. Due to this stomach problem, I have become very weak. I can barely walk. So I am not able to come to college. I request you to grant me a leave for today. I shall be very thankful to you.
